Champagne refers only to the sparkling wines produced in the Champagne region of France. No other sparkling wine can truly be called Champagne.

Pinot Munier. A wine made from 100% Chardonnay can be called Blanc de
Blancs. A wine made from 100% of the red grape varieties (Pinot Noir and
Pinot Munier) can be called Blanc de Noirs.
