Q. I just placed an order and don't see my discount.

A. Many of the discounts and promotions will appear only on the invoice we send along with merchandise because of limitations of the website technology. Most discounts do appear on the site - if you think you are due a discount and don't see it, please call the store.

Q. When can I expect my delivery?

A. We expect to ship your internet order within 4 business days. For orders outside of Manhattan, please add time in transit to the the three days to calculate when to expect delivery of your order.

We will make every effort to ship your internet order as soon as possible. Even in Manhattan, we cannot guarantee same day delivery.

If you need for us to ship in fewer than 4 business days, please call the store at (212) 724-6767. You must confirm all Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments by telephone if you need them shipped from our store in fewer than 4 business days.

UPS picks up on Monday through Friday usually around 6pm.

Q. You don't have what I'm looking for. Can you get it for me?

A. Yes, if it's available in NY at all. While it is more expensive to buy a single bottle as a special order, we offer a bigger than usual discount on special orders by the case.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you purchased it less than 30 days ago and the wine is bad (spoiled, corked, etc.), and you bought it from us (either show us the receipt, or we have all deliveries in our computer), we refund your money no questions asked. Just bring the bad bottle back (or have us pick it up).

If there's nothing wrong with the wine, but you overbought or simply don't like it, we still take it back for store credit if the wine is in re-sellable condition. (for instance: we will not take back white wine that was on ice.

Older vintages (over 10 years old) are sold as is and are not returnable, that is why it is absolutely vital to inspect old bottles and never buy it over the phone.

Q. Why didn't I get my discount (coupon, sale price, etc.)?

A. Only one type of any kind of promotion can be applied to an item. If the price is in red, that's it, no further discounts. Or you can apply your coupon, but we will have to use black prices. In other words, you can chose promotions, but you can't combine them.

Q. How do I set up my registry (wedding, shower, etc)?

A. First make you selections (sku number will suffice) and e-mail it to service@67wine.com along with your names, wedding date and shipping instructions if any. you can also include your picture and/or brief address to your guests if you want your registry stand out a little, but that's optional. it takes only couple of days to set it up and voile!

A. We do not ship Spirits (Vodka, Cognac etc...) outside of New York state.
* We ship WINE to all states EXCEPT the following:

  • Pennsylvania
  • Tennessee
  • Utah


UPS does not accept wine in wood boxes. All wine shipped must be sent in UPS approved packaging. If you want the original wood box, please contact the store BEFORE placing your order!
