Goat Cheese Dip with Tomato Sauce


  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Goat Cheese log
  1. Spread sauce in the bottom of an oven safe dish that you will use as a serving dish as well.
  2. Slice goat cheese in inch thick medallions and lay across the platter on top of the sauce.
  3. Broil until cheese becomes hot and slightly browned and serve with crackers or slices of bread.
