We’re tasting four wines with wine consultant Evan Rappaport, including the sleeper hit of the summer, a Pecorino from Italy’s Marche region; a Argentine blend that brings the best of that region and Bordeaux to the bottle; and the 2006 Grgich Cabernet Sauvignon.
