Wines of Frédéric Mallo
Today, we'll focus on wines from Frédéric Mallo, a fifth generation winery in Alsace. Eva Lind-Mallo will be pouring three wines from independent, small sustainable or organic producers that highlight the perfect balance of location, soil and varietal. Twenty acres of privileged grapevines located in the heart of Alsace yield our family’s prize-winning and food-friendly wines.
In addition to producing great wines, produced with environmentally-friendly methods, we also support the reintroduction of the endangered white stork (cigogne) in Alsace (France ). We are members of TYFLO - respectful of the environment and certified by the IOBC (International Organization for Biological and Integrated Control). Get ready to go behind the labels with Eva and share more wine and winemaker stories. Featured wine are always 10% off during the tasting unless otherwise discounted.
