In 1787, The Comte Lafond purchased the pargest wine estate in Pouilly-Fume from the illegitimate
daughter of the French King, Louis XV. The estate is now owned and run by Bron Patrick de Ladoucette,
a descendant of the Comte Lafond, and its vineyards are the largest and most famous in Pouilly-Fume.

| Pale golden-green color. Considerable intensity on the nose. . It has an exceptional full range of floral, exotic
and citrus fruit aromas such as white blossoms, hawthorn, white nettles and grapefruit. These notes are
enhanced and strengthened by the moneral note of gunflint. The flavor is pleasant and lively, tempered by
a fruity roundness with notes ofpear, green apples and citrus fruits. |

| Destemmed, vinified by gravity. 80% natural juices, 20% by pressing. Thermo-controlled fermentation in
stainless steel tanks for 3 to 6 months on natural lees. The wine is assemled 7 to 8 months after harvesting
and stored in glass-tiled tanks. No wood is used in the vinification process in order to preserve the freshness
and full flavor of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. |
