Palate: Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood. Finish: A long, elegant peat-filled finish with lots of salt and seaweed

BODY : Full PALATE : A rich, dried fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong, barley-malt flavours, warming and intense. At the back of the mouth is an explosion of peppery smoke. FINISH : Huge, long, warming and peppery with a distinch appetising sweetness.
