This great southern France wine is one if my favorites,especially the in the structured vintage of 2010. D'oupia is one of the best value wines in the world with great raspberry and wild herb flavors surrounded by a wine of medium tannin and beautiful structure. Here, finally is a 10 dollar Syrah dominated beauty to have with burgers, roast meats and mushrooms. The wine complements these foods well with it's fruit and architecture, without being over the top or overpriced. A great every day wine value from the Languedoc region in the south of France.
