A taut, energetic midweight that shows good clarity and picks up sweetness with air. Finishes with good cut and focus, leaving slightly tart red fruit notes behind. This would be nice with a light chill."

Aromas of underbrush, brier, and black cherry compose the inviting nose of this ripe, savory, mouth-filling effort. Drink this very good value over the next 3-4 years. "

Deep ruby colour with a hint of ochre. Rich complex Mediterranean aromas with exuberant notes of spices and blackberries. Velvety tannins are noted on the palate with elegant flavours of liquorice and small dark forest fruits (blueberries and blackcurrants).

Food pairing

Superb with roasts, casseroles, game and traditional Spanish meat dishes.
