Quivira’s Fig Tree Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is the definitive expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Named for a
majestic old mission fig tree that stands among the vines, this estate vineyard borders Dry Creek and
benefits from sandy-loam soil laced with gravel ribbons.
Sauvignon Blanc grown in cooler regions takes on citrus and herbal tones, while in warmer areas it shows
richer flavors of fig and melon. Our site gives us the best of both worlds, and the wine shows it.
| Wine maker notes |
| The resulting wine has an effusive nose of lime blossomand pink grapefruit. Although oysters around the world should quake in their shells with the release of this wine, I hope you will gain only pleasure from it. |
