Fresh and lively in the nose, with proper toasty accents. Fairly full and complex flavors of honey, bread and minerals. Yeasty on the tail end, with lemon notes keeping it going. As a whole, a nice, well-made quality Champagne. Score: 89. December 01, 2000.
