A generous Pinot Noir. Aromas of wood, blue and black skinned berry fruits. Lush fruit flavors, oak notes and smooth, silky tannins. Pair with pork chops.

It is a delicate wine intensely aromatic with notes of strawberries, cherries, orange peel combined with hints of clove, rose petals, and black tea. 2001 Avant-Garde is a wonderful accompaniment to salmon and meat. It will also enhance the vibrant flavours of California or Mediterranean cuisine. It is perfect for enjoyment right now but will continue to age and develop for many years.
