Jay Miller, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate "The purple-colored 2005 Paisaje de Barrancas is composed of 80% Shiraz, 10% Malbec, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The aromatics offer a hint of game, earth notes, and blueberry. On the palate the wine is chunky and, as the Brits would say, foursquare. It has a tannic entry onto the palate and a firm finish in its rustic personality. Drink it over the near term while the fruit holds."
