Casablanca Valley in Chile is the premier place in the southern hemisphere to grow Sauvignon Blanc that ripens to perfection with rich fruit flavors complemented by lively acidity. Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown in our estate vineyards with well-drained, sandy decomposed granite and alluvial soils. Warm days and cool nights are the signature conditions of the dry growing season.

| Visibly clean and clear, on the nose vaguely pineapple, honeydew melon with citrus lime, and refreshing flavors especially banana, some spice, verdant herbs and a creamy factor. |
| Wine maker notes |
| Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown in the
estate vineyards across a total of 47
vineyard blocks. Warm days and cool
nights contribute to long, even ripening.
Sauvignon Blanc vines are trellised with
an interior tunnel to increase airflow so
that the grapes do not overheat and
retain freshness, aromatics and flavor.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel. |
