When Veramonte first introduced its Sauvignon Blanc in the 1990s, restaurants were progressive if only one Sauvignon Blanc was offered by the glass. Today, Sauvignon Blanc is a favorite white wine to pair with salads, lighter meals, sushi and all kinds of Asian foods. Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is noted for its racy and vibrant style.
Veramonte’s Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are managed carefully to regulate sunlight as fruit ripens, preserving freshness and varietal aromatics. Carefully controlled fermentations also maintain the wine’s vibrant fruit flavors and aromas. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, never oak, this wine delivers fresh, lively fruit flavors with balanced acidity.

|Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown in the
estate vineyards across a total of 47
vineyard blocks. Warm days and cool
nights contribute to long, even ripening.
Sauvignon Blanc vines are trellised with
an interior tunnel to increase airflow so
that the grapes do not overheat and
retain freshness, aromatics and flavor.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel.
