This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the valleys of Flambala and Medanitos. It combines the concentration and color and taste from the first valley and the richness in fruit of the latter. Fermented during 11 days at temperatures between 26 and 29 celsius. Racked but unfiltered.
Tasting notes: Deep violet colors. On the nose a mix of red fruits with some leathery Syrah nuances. Strong. First impression in the mouth with a long rich afteraste. Good harmoney of fruit and body. Will improve with age.
