Review
Scala Dei Negre is made using only native Garnatxa Negra grapes. The wine is rich and flavorful. On the nose it exudes rich, deep flavors of fig jam, blackberries and undertones of coffee. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate and cocoa are followed in the palad. The acidity is lively and blends nicely with all the flavors.

Technical notes
Scala Dei Negre vineyards terraced on steep slopes. The soil is called Licorella. The climate is very dry and the wine is made using 100% native Garnatxa Negra. Scala Dei is a remarkable winery dating back to 12th Century.
