2009: (90-92) Points - Josh Raynolds, Steve Tanzer's International Wine Cellars: "Bright purple. Sexy aromas of black raspberry, violet and spice cake, with a hint of cracked pepper. Juicy, incisive red and dark berry flavors are lifted by zesty acidity but show no rough edges. Becomes weightier with air and finishes with lingering dark fruit and spice qualities. These vines are in the sandy soils of Mercurol and the wine, notes Desmeure, is more tender and feminine than its stablemate, the Cuvee Particuliere. "
