This refreshing lightly sparkling white wine is obtained from 100% Prosecco grapes grown in the Valdobbiadene hills in the Veneto, about an hour north of Venice. Its easy drinking style makes it a favorite sparkler for parties and receptions. It is also a great apertivo as it enhances the appetite and is thus a nice pre-dinner wine. In Venice it is the happy hour favorite and the Venetians belly up to the bar for glasses of this as a civilized daily ritual.
