Wine maker notes

“T26” gets its name from the tank (number 26!) in whichMartin Mittelbach makes this hand-selected wine in his family owned winery, “Tegernseerhof”. The nose has the aromas of green apples, melon, and a hint of citrus. These fruits follow through on the palate of this exceptionally well-balanced wine. Mineral notes along with white pepper and a touch of spice help to create its refreshing and long finish.

Food pairing

This crisp and fruity dry white wine pairs well with grilled fish, Asian cuisine, and lighter fare.
