| Located at the exit of the Andlau Valley. With a southeast, steep exposure. The soil of sandy, pink
sandstone from the Vosges, well drained and able to warm up rapidly, in short, an ideal microclimate
for the birth of a Grand Cru, where the mineral expression is represented in the Riesling. When young,
it’s a rather floral wine (acacia and roses), with discrete fruit scent (citrus, ripe pears, peaches and
mango). With time, it offers aromas of spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, orange) with a very pure and
harmonious intensity. |
