"The 2008 Silver Label Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a blending of grapes grown from the B.R. Cohn Olive Hill Estate Vineyards and select North Coast Cabernet vineyards. This combination offers full, rich flavors of berry, cassis and black cherry with hints of vanilla in the background. Aging with French oak adds complexity and depth, resulting in a high quality Cabernet Sauvignon with great value. I hope you enjoy this wine as much as my family and I do."

Bruce Cohn purchased land in 1974 which was an old dairy farm. In 1984, he converted it into a family run winery. The land also has 140 olive trees that were imported from France in the mid 1800's. Besides award winning wines, Bruce also produces high quality olive oils and vinegars. In 1969, Bruch Cohn started managing the popular rock in roll band the Dobbie Brothers. This career path left to lots of free time on the road, so Cohn purchased books on vinticulture and taught himself everything he needed to know about making wine. Once a year he brings his 2 passions together by hosting a charity music festival in the fall.
