This wine is produced from low yielding vines planted at the VISTABALTA vineyard in Lujan de Cuyo. Intense ruby red color, with aromas of berries, coffee, spices and pepper. Round with soft sweet tannins and long silky finish. A long-lasting, elegant Malbec.

2009: 88 Points - Steve Tanzer, International Wine Cellars: "Bright medium red. Aromas and flavors of redcurrant, cherry, spiced plum, menthol and smoky oak reminded me a bit of pinot noir. Juicy and pure in the mouth, with good cut and intensity and subtle floral perfume. Tangy, moderately intense malbec with harmonious acidity and easygoing tannins. On the light side and very easy to drink."

2009: 87 Points - Nathan Wesley, Wine Spectator: "This medium-bodied red offers subtle depth to the bright berry and plum fruit, as hints of spice and grilled herb linger in the finish. Drink now. "
