Released as a matured wine, Te Koko is a full-bodied, alternative style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Barrel aging, wild yeast and malolactic fermentation, combines with bottle aging creates a an individual expression of the sauvignon blanc grape. Te Koko is a complex and savoury wine that is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured.

The 2012 Te Koko is redolent of honeyed peaches, pink grapefruit and passion fruit with an undercurrent of cedar and baking bread. Medium-bodied with a lovely silken texture and tons of tropical and toast flavor layers, it finishes long.
