Round, fleshy, cherry-vanilla and dark chocolate flavors are enlivened by notes of baking spices and smoky minerals. Open-knit and gently sweet, displaying minimal tannins and finishing with very good lift and lingering chocolate and spice notes. This aged in 20% new French oak."
