This is a very good Cotes du Rhone. It's spicy. It's got some nice red cherry fruit, and some fresh, ripe tannin. I would say that it's the spice that takes it above the usual CdR. There's a lot going on here. Enjoyed with some simple sauteed chicken and long grain and wild rice.
