Nose: Fruits - apples, pineapples with a slight waxy note. Some sweetness & perfumed elements.
Palate: Aldehydic with ahy and gorse notes. Sweet and spicy flavours.

Diluted
Nose: Floral notes initially with sweet caramel aroma ont he edge. Some rich fruity notes develop.
Palate: Dry with hints of pepper/mustard seeds, slight saltiness and malty/nutty notes like a macaroon bar.

Finish: Clean, slightly floral.
