If you're a fan of Napa Cabernet, you know Silver Oak. It's the quintessential Napa Cab. Big dark fruit - black cherry, black plum and black currant fill your mouth. Lots of oak flavor - cedar, dill, smoke and jalapeņo are up front and demand attention. More subtle herb flavors are present, but it will take some time before they come to the fore.

This is a wine for now and for later. Drink it now for the big fruit and oak. Put some away and let it develop the complexity its impressive concentration will bring.

Either way, you'll be impressed. At this price, you'll be delighted.
