Tasting notes

Turkey American Spirit is deep amber in color. A big oak appearance on the nose followed by notes of vanilla and nougat. Tasting produces a puckering rye spice in the front, which gives way to leather, toffee and corn cereal. A fairly long and dry finish with wood making another appearance in the form of cedar and then figs. This is a big bourbon intended for grown-ups.
