Azienda Agricola Biologica. Growing organic is not an option either technical or economic: it is simply cultural. This is the guiding philosophy behind Bio Vio Giobatta, where the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers are not part of the local tradition. Instead, they have done nothing more than adapting to the winegrowing customs of the past.

The classic red wine of Liguria, Rossese is best served with first courses, red meat and seasoned cheeses. Light bodied and well rounded, with flavors of cherries, strawberries and black currents with good finesse and complexity, it is best consumed fresh and young, within two years of the harvest.
