This light and airy sake, nicknamed "the snow shadow," has soft, mellow fruity aromas of apple with hints of earthy notes. It ends with a long, lingering finish of nutty marzipan. This slightly dry, clean sake is best enjoyed at room temperature, slightly chilled or lukewarm and is a perfect accompaniment to sushi, sashimi or grilled salmon.
