2009 "This is what you get when you cross a ripe, tropical fruit flavored Russian River Chardonnay with a steely, mineral driven Chablis. No buttery flavor, no oily mouthfeel, only a clean, dry wine with mouthwatering fruit flavors. This wine sees no oak; it is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and barrels. The San Francisco Chronical, with access to all of the bounty of Napa and Sonoma, chose to feature this wine twice in the last six months. It’s perfect on a hot day, crisp and refreshing, and will work beautifully with grilled shrimp."
