Good deep red-ruby color. Lovely mineral lift to the aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry; much more refined than Les Vergelesses. Then sweet and rich but fine-grained and juicy in the mouth. This shows a hint of chocolate but plenty of supporting energy. Finishes very long and perfumed, with a chewy tactile quality and tannins supported by mid-palate material. Impressive.
