| The project is a joint venture of Jorge Ordonez and theGil family located in Jumilla, Spain. The grapes are 100% Monastrell with the age of the vines 20-35 years old. The wine is 100% stainless steel fermented with some steering of the lees to attain the maximum out of this variety. The soils are very chalky and are the elevation of some 2,100 above sea level. The winery owns some 80 hectares, some are under organic practices and are currently in the process of being certified organic. |
