Tasting notes

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a faithful example of the varietal. With a deep ruby red color, aromas of red and black fruit, cherries, and spicy notes. Round, concentrated, with a sweet tannin texture. Long and harmonious finish in the mouth.

Technical notes

Vineyard Location: Perdriel and Alto Agrelo Climate and soil: Temperate and dry climate with sunny and cool autumns. Annual average temperature of 15ºC/59°F. Scarce rainfall (less than 200 millimeters/year). Soils of alluvial origin, not overly deep, sandy loamy to clay loamy, with good drainage. Age of vineyards: 10-35 years Vinification: Traditional, 8-day fermentation with native yeast, peculiar maceration for 20 days, and natural malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak: For 12 months in French oak barrels
