Review
Château Greysac is a delightful red Bordeaux wine from Médoc. It is an intricate blending of Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (3%), and Petit Verdot. Full-bodied and flush with firm fruit flavors, Greysac displays all of Médoc's characteristic earth notes and long, dry finish. Greysac is a perfect choice for hearty red meat dishes.

Rating
2008: 88 Points - James Molesworth, Wine Spectator: "Very friendly, with a plump core of plum and blackberry fruit, nicely rounded edges and lilting mocha and mint notes flittering through. Drink now through 2012."

2008: 87 Points - Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast: " Barrel sample. A dominance of new wood gives this wine spice, while the fresh berry fruits are a background, until the final burst of fresh, fruity acidity. "
