Ser Gioveto (Sangiovese with some Cabernet and Merlot) delivers thick notes of fruit, herbs and earth and has a textured nose and great depth and dimension. The wine’s structure is thick and solid and those fresh fruit flavors last a long time on the finish. M.L.
