Review
Premier Pas is made from mostly Carignan with a little Grenache. It is fermented in stainless steel. No sulfites are added to this wine. This was the first wine the couple bottled, hence the name “first step.” It is fresh, ripe, and easy to enjoy young, particularly with figs and local cheeses. Makes a great burger wine, too.
