Waters was founded in 2005 by Jason Huntley and winemaker Jamie Brown. They released their first wines in 2006
and a year later opened a 5,000 square foot sustainable winery. Their winemaking is influenced by a preference for
old world style wines that emphasize the terroir of Walla Walla Valley, where they own several vineyards. Their
range of wines includes small lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, single vineyard Syrah, Interlude – a Bordeaux style
blend, Viognier and Rose.

| 2008: 91 Points - Paul Gregutt, Wine Enthusiast: "Pure Cabernet, ageworthy wine. Right now it is quite tight, somewhat herbal and compact. The fruit is layered, a range from strawberry through cherry and into cassis, and it leads sharply into spicy tannins with a clear edge. This cellarworthy wine will need considerable breathing time; or pop it in the cellar for up to a decade. " |
