|A blend of Grolleau and Gamay grapes. A short maceration of 12 to 15 hours to achieve maximum fruit and sufficient colour with cool temperature fermentation at 13'to 15'C to preserve the delicate aromas.
Crystal clear with a pink hue and beautiful intensity.
The bouquet is of raspberries and strawberries, really delicious off dry style with a hint of liquorice and toffee. Can be drunk on its own or with light meals. Highly recommended.
