Situated slightly north of the center of Entre Deux Mers, Château Bellevue-Rougier is owned and run by Jean Lobre with his two sons. It has belonged to the same family for four generations. During the 1950s and early 60s the estate made predominantly white wine when there was a big market for Bordeaux Blanc, but after the '56 frosts it was replanted with red varietals.
