Wine maker notes

The vineyards are all of the old system, with an average age ranging from twenty to sixty years, while the most strategic positions for exposure and altitude are precisely reserved for Nebbiolo. In view of the large farm production of Barolo, Nebbiolo is a worthy relative of Fenocchio characterized by fine drinkability, with sweet tannins, a fleshy texture and a strong minerality. Nothing, therefore, inferior to the magnificent interpreters of the genre: the Nebbiolo Fenocchio is a clear example of how the varied expression of Langa steps through a smaller denomination, offering unique and distinctive characters.
