The Producer: in 2001, after years of pursuing a career of forestry in Canada, Frantz finally made his dream come true and bought 3 hectares of vineyards next to the town of Montlouis. As a non-interventionist Frantz believes in organic grapes growing, he harvests by hand and adds very little sulphites and only at the bottling stage. This is clean, mineral and amazing Sauvignon Blanc.
