An on-premise only label, a small portion of the 2010 Black Label Sauvignon Blanc juice was fermented in seasoned oak barriques. It gives a pronounced nose of fresh sage and straw over a core of lime zest, lemon juice and pea pods. Medium bodied with racy acidity, it has decent flavor concentration and a medium-long, herbaceous finish. |
