| Like all Amontillados, this Sherry was aged as a Fino until realizing it was destined to become something different, and the Flor began to disappear. Then having been fortified to 18% alcohol to withstand the oxidative process for an additional five years aging in a Solera that is nearly 200 years old! This wine displays aromas of raisin, dark chocolate, leather, tree bark with some smoky notes. In the mouth, it is clean and fresh with flavors of citrus and nuts. |
