The estate's NV Brut Rose Grand Cru is a piercing, vibrant rose that shows notable intensity and focus that carries through to a crystalline finish. Ideally it is best served at the table, where the brightness will pair beautifully with a wide range of foods. The Brut Rose Grand Cru is 90% Pinot Noir (predominantly Petit Pinot d- Ay) and 10% Chardonnay. This release is based on 2005, with a dash of 2004 and 2006. The wine was mostly vinified in stainless steel (the still Pinot saw oak) and was bottled with 6 grams of dosage. This is Lot# L50-04, disgorged: Summer, 2010. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2015.

A focused rosť, with a fine and creamy bead, featuring ripe and aromatic sun-dried black cherry and toasted raisin bread notes, layered with accents of preserved lemon, almond skin and fleur de sel. Offers a fresh, well-cut finish. Disgorged November 2014. Drink now through 2020. 600 cases made.

The NV Brut Rosť Grand Cru is pretty, but also a touch light and fragile in its overall feel. Cranberry, orange peel, mint and white pepper are all laced together in a pretty, nuanced Rosť long on class and personality. The Rosť this year is pretty, but readers should expect a delicate style. The current release is 90% Aˇ Pinot, with 10% Aˇ Chardonnay, and a dollop of still Aˇ Pinot, all based on the 2011 vintage.
