Aged 18 years, this “private blend,” added to the line-up in 2013, is supple and smooth. It has a vibrant topaz tint and bold orange peel and honey notes underpinned by light smokiness. The smoky notes gently crest with each additional sip. - K.N.

(UB Collection,Finalist)- Eye-catching golden wheat field color. Dense, dusty dry aromas include breakfast cereal, cookie batter, dough, worn leather, banana, guava. Taste-wise, it’s flowery, complex, grainy, with hints of Graham cracker, allspice, vanilla bean. Finishes creamy, elegant, toasty. Seriously luscious.
Vanilla, cracked white pepper and a briny, sherry-like nuttiness fill the nose followed by a subdued essence of banana. Opulent and toasty on the palate, it is rounded off by baking spices and a refreshing dried cherry characteristic. Breakfast cereal and tropical fruits linger long into the finish.
