Tasting notes

Fresh and floral wine, made entirely with Verdejo grapes. Pale yellow color, bright and clean. Primary aromas of banana, pineapple, and lavender blossoms. Flavors of anise with touches of fennel and thyme, hay and fresh herbs. Medium bodied mouth feel, balanced acidity, noticeable freshness. Absolutely delicious.

Shows a complex array of citrus and pit fruit qualities in the mouth, along with notes of musky herbs and honeysuckle. This very grown-up wine shows no easy sweetness and finishes stony and dry. "

Wine maker notes

The Medina del Campo Winery in the Rueda D.O. represents the renewal and revolution of the wines from this winegrowing region. The focus at this winery is Verdejo. The red wine facility is situated in Ribera del Duero, and focuses on Tempranillo based wines. Both wineries are equipped with the latest technology to produce wines, and are certified green by SIP. Vineyard management is fully sustainable.
