Domaine le Colombier Vacqueyras Tradition 2011

This wine has a nice ruby color. Cherry and small red fruit appear immediately in the nose and in the mouth, a very good balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol. This wine is excellent with a turkey prepared with thyme and rosemary, other white grilled meat and medium flavored cheeses too.
