This Pinot Noir is harvested in a unique vineyard located in Wadi at 720 meters Above sea level. This vineyard is planted twice its normal density, and therefore, the amount of grape vine is very low, allowing accumulation of flavors and aromas in grapes develop optimally. The grapes were harvested by hand in the early morning and taken immediately to the winery. Fermentation was temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks relatively low temperatures, and that in order to preserve the aroma of the fruit at their best. At the end of alcohol fermentation Malolactic fermentation the wine was, stabilized and transferred to French oak barrels are new, in order to prevent the cover delicate aromas of this variety. The wine is aged in barrels 12 months in barrels audited winery.
The wine is characterized by delicate red color characteristic of the variety, aromas of raspberry and strawberry, combined with honey and flowers, and the taste is rich and elegant.
The wine was bottled without filtration. In this series 550 bottles only.
